Be Still and Know - You Are Light
Body: "The answer is to begin, this moment, to live inside your Beingness. As you move through the world, constantly go inward to check out your awareness. Take the power you have placed outside and place it within.
Be still and know that the teacher, within you, is present. Look within, in the end, it is the only thing that brings abiding peace, continuous love, and the wonder of knowing the light is you. You are all in a state of becoming and at the same time you are all already totally filled with Being.
Done with awareness, life is about letting go of fears, letting go of guilt, letting go of limitations, letting go of ideas that trap you in the patterns of habit and do not leave you free to be spontaneous in the moment. The place to live is in the spontaneous now. Until that time, it is mentalization, the past , other people, remembrances, limitations.
Remember - you came to bring, into the physical body of this wonderful creativeness, a power that would allow you to live life more boldly, with greater awareness, and with a deep knowing that every step takes you Home. When all the rest has faded, remember the power within you. Instead of going to the mind, which gives you repetitive patterns of behavior, go inside to the energy within. It is your belief system that runs every moment of your life. I ask you to substitute for the belief that you are a limited human being the reality that you are an incredibly powerful vortex of amazing energy filled with life and power that knows precisely what right action is on this earth plane and anywhere else.
As many moments as you can, go within and listen, call on the help, feel it, and experience it. Hold to the simplicity of it and you will begin to be filled with Light. You will be filled with Light because the vibrational frequencies you will be resting in will enter at a faster rate. I ask you, please, to consider the mastery of what we are asking of you.
The more of you who find yourselves filled with Light and move out into the world with Light, the more the Light on this planet will increase. So think about it. it is why you came. It is the journey and the end. No more postponements. Please begin to know that you are Love and that you are Light.
